RETURN POLICY

At WHdesign, we take pride in the craftsmanship and value of our products. However, it’s important that our customers have final say on personal satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work to find you the perfect replacement or facilitate a return. Please note that all items must be returned in showroom condition.
Please email returns@whdesign.com within 48 hours of receipt to notify us of your return and order# so we may issue a return authorization The freight return charge is the responsibility of the customer, your refund will be made within 7 calendar days from the date we receive your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS

Non-Furniture: You can return non-furniture items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund After 7 days, non-furniture returns will be refunded in online store credit, but please note a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items for return after 10 days.

Furniture: To return furniture items, please contact Online Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. We are happy to refund your purchase in the original form of payment, but please note a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund. Furniture refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in online store credit or exchanged for merchandise. Please contact us to request a fit survey to help you determine if a piece of furniture is the right size for your home before you place an order.

Fabrics: Silk and other natural fabrics are unique and will have variations including slubs. These variations are not to be considered flaws. No guarantees are made regarding color-fastness or fading. Dye lots will vary. Dye lot matches are not guaranteed. Verify all fabric widths and repeats prior to purchase. Stated repeats are approximate. Variations in repeats will occur. Vertical repeats in particular will be difficult to match precisely and variations should be expected.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. You will have 48 hours from the time a custom order is placed ONLINE to cancel it. After 48 hours, the order is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-returnable.

Final Sale & Clearance Items:Final Sale & Clearance items are non-returnable

International Orders: International order returns vary by country of destination. For more information, please contact Online Customer Service.

Damaged Items: Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery. If your order is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us at 800 220 1893 or email us at returns@whdesign.com so we can issue you a return authorization and a 100% refund or replace the damaged item as inventory availability permits.
